Intrepid Welcomes Robert Rosen as Chairman of the Board and CEO
We’re pleased to welcome Robert Rosen as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Intrepid Global Solutions. With over 35 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, portfolio management, direct lending, and corporate leadership, Robert brings extensive expertise in financial strategy and business growth. Throughout his career, he has led both private and public companies, including founding and successfully operating Kodiak Financial Group for over two decades.
Robert’s background includes key roles at Fleet Bank, Bankers Trust, Kidder Peabody, Black Diamond Capital Management, and several buy-side firms. He has specialized in structured finance, credit, asset-based lending, and real estate investment. Most recently, he served as EVP and Head of Debt Capital Markets at FAT Brands and as Co-CEO during a transitional period.
As CEO of Intrepid, Robert leads the company’s mission in providing expertise in defense, national security, logistics, IT, and engineering services across 110+ locations in 27 countries. Please join us in welcoming Robert to the Intrepid team—we look forward to his leadership and strategic vision.
