Ethics & Compliance

At Intrepid, integrity and accountability form the foundation of everything we do. Our Ethics and Compliance Program promotes an ethical culture, deters inappropriate conduct, and provides resources to proactively address potential compliance issues.

We equip our teams with the tools, training, and guidance needed to uphold the highest standards in every decision, operation, and partnership. This includes:

Employee Training & Awareness: Regular training, communications, and resources to ensure all employees understand and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
Reporting & Oversight: Multiple channels—including anonymous reporting via the EthicsPoint portal (intrepidgs.ethicspoint.com) allow employees, clients, and partners to raise concerns. An Ethics and Compliance Review Board oversees the resolution process.
Code of Conduct: Sets the ethical and performance standards grounded in our core values of Integrity, Precision, Versatility, and Innovation. Training is provided to employees, partners, and subcontractors.
Supplier Ethics: Our Supplier Code of Conduct establishes expectations for business partners on topics including anti-corruption, gifts, and human trafficking.
Anti-Corruption Program: Ensures all business operations comply with U.S. and international anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the U.K. Bribery Act (UKBA).

Corporate Policies

At Intrepid Global Solutions, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our Corporate Policies guide our employees, partners, and stakeholders in upholding the highest standards of lawful and ethical conduct across all areas of our operations.

Anti-Corruption Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against bribery and corruption in any form. All employees, officers, and agents must comply with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and all applicable local and international anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws.

Antitrust Monitoring and Compliance Policy

Intrepid is committed to fair, honest competition. We prohibit any illegal or unethical practices that restrict competition or create unfair advantage. Compliance with U.S. and international antitrust laws is mandatory.

Cost Accounting Standard (CAS) Disclosure Statements

We prepare and maintain CAS Disclosure Statements that accurately describe our cost accounting practices. These statements are kept current, compliant, and transparent to ensure accountability in all financial reporting.

Combating Trafficking in Persons Policy

Intrepid enforces the U.S. Government’s zero-tolerance stance on human trafficking. Employees, subcontractors, and partners are prohibited from engaging in trafficking-related activities, including forced labor or commercial sex acts. Violations will result in disciplinary action and may be referred to law enforcement.

Conflict of Interest Policy

All employees and agents must avoid personal, organizational, or occupational conflicts of interest. Disclosures are required when there is risk of unfair advantage, impaired objectivity, or inability to provide impartial advice.

Diversity & Equal Employment Opportunity Policy

Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy

We maintain a drug- and alcohol-free workplace. The unlawful possession, use, or distribution of substances is prohibited. Support resources, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), are available to employees and families.

Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Policy

Protecting our people and the environment is a core value. We comply with ES&H laws, conserve resources, prevent pollution, reduce waste, and incorporate safety and environmental principles into all business decisions.

Ethics & Compliance Program Policy

Our program promotes ethical conduct, prevents violations of law, and reinforces our values of Respect, Responsibility, and Integrity. It applies to all directors, officers, employees, representatives, and contractors.

Export and Import Policy

We comply fully with EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and all U.S. and international trade regulations. No item will be exported or imported in violation of these requirements.

Foreign Representative Relationship Policy

All relationships with foreign sponsors, agents, or contractors must comply with applicable laws and be supported by written agreements, due diligence, and ongoing oversight.

Notification to the Government Policy

We fully comply with government contract notification requirements, including limitations of cost or funds, subcontracting approvals, changes in subcontract effort, cost estimating system requirements, and other approvals.

Quality Policy

We are committed to delivering quality products and services on time, every time. Through monitoring, customer engagement, and continuous improvement, we ensure customer satisfaction and long-term trust.

Timekeeping Policy

Employees must accurately record all time worked. Misrepresentation or falsification is prohibited. Suspected violations must be reported through the Ethics Hotline.

Use of Company Funds Policy

Company funds may only be used for authorized business purposes. All expenditures require management approval, proper documentation, and compliance with Company policy and applicable law.
