At IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, we take pride in the expertise and dedication of our team, and their recent efforts in Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, Cuba (NSGB) are a testament to that commitment.

Our Site Manager and Lead Air Traffic Controller played a pivotal role in providing invaluable assistance to base agencies in the planning and execution of a multi-day aerial exercise involving gunnery live fire exercise involving U.S. military helicopters, ensuring smooth planning and execution that contributed to the overall success of the operation. Their exceptional work did not go unnoticed. The Commanding Officer of the base commended the Air Traffic Control Team for their performance and dedication.

In addition, throughout the Spring of 2024, our team stationed at NSGB provided critical support to United States government as part of the Haiti assistance mission to combat escalating gang violence. This contingent expertly handled over a fourfold increase in monthly aircraft movements, jumping from a monthly average of 175 aircraft operations to 690 operations and reaching a peak of 957 in April 2024. The team managed flight operations for both the Department of Defense and Department of State.

Our Air Traffic Control Team expertly navigated complex logistics, high-volume traffic, and dynamic mission requirements, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
